These Associates are typically tasked with:

• leading projects within an IT environment to deliver solutions and/or infrastructure
• end-to-end responsibility including development, testing and roll-out
• liaising effectively with business sponsors and all IT functions required
• managing several software development projects and/or roll-out teams

They are also able to assume hands-on management of software development, IT Operations, and other IT and/or line management roles that include IT Manager in small and medium-sized companies.
