SiR_mark-of-excellence“It’s great to see Campion Willcocks have successfully completed their first-year anniversary audit,” says John Randall, Engagement Director, Standards in Recruitment. He says that over the last year, the company has used the SiR accreditation process to continuously monitor operational systems, and hopes our success “will inspire other recruitment businesses that are serious about wanting to demonstrate their commitment to quality and stand out from their competitors.” SiR provides a single standard that reflects the principles of quality, transparency, honesty and legality within a recruitment business. Accredited businesses are awarded use of the SiR logo.

Established in 1968, Campion Willcocks is a market-leading specialist providing exceptional talent to financial services and public sector organisations. Its simple yet highly effective business philosophy is founded on hiring and retaining the very best talent to give its clients the very best service in the market.

‘The independent mark of excellence’

Campion Willcocks’ Compliance Manager Steven Watson describes the audit as “an ideal endorsement of our commitment to quality and compliance. It also publicly demonstrates we are serious about providing a premier compliant service to all of our customers. To any recruitment business serious about wanting to improve how it operates, the SiR accreditation process goes the extra mile and will give them a very real differentiator.” Applied consistently across all recruitment operations in all sectors, the accreditation process sets out a robust framework to encourage best practices in recruitment and continuous business improvement. Adherence is verified through a three-stage process comprising gap analysis, legal audit and operational audit. Accreditation extends over two years and is subject to re-audit after 12 months.
