In its latest Ipsos MORI survey, the Interim Management Association (IMA) highlights that the sector witnessed increased demand towards the end of 2014 – with the average number of enquiries per member up by almost a quarter (23 per cent) for Q4, compared to the same period in 2013. The Interim Management Association’s (IMA) latest Ipsos MORI quarterly survey finds a further increase in the demand for interim managers – up by 4 per cent from the first quarter of 2014. This follows a 15 percentage point increase, reported in the previous quarter.

Almost three quarters (70 per cent) of interim managers on assignment in the last quarter of 2013 were working in the private sector, according to the Interim Management Association’s (IMA) Ipsos MORI survey.
The financial services industry also continues to dominate the use of interim managers – standing at almost half (46 per cent) of all private sector assignments in Q4, 2013. Throughout 2013, this figure averaged 43 per cent. Continue reading
