An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Analyst to join a major office refresh programme with a leading retail banking organisation in Halifax. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping to create the new office environments and ensuring that the required renovation work is completed as seamlessly as possible with as little distruption to staff as possible. Role overview/Key responsibilities: The BA may expect to be required to gather, verify and understand the current views for each of the buildings, identifying what divisions, business units and roles reside in the offices, utilisation rates, types of colleagues, work activity, as well as how the buildings are used, equipment in place alongside property specific measurements and requests. The role of the Business Analyst is to support the Programme team in delivery of requirements gathering including: Responsible for gathering information in advance of moves and ensuring readiness for moves.; Working within the Programme Team to support the Business through the Group Property Change Programme through communicating and engaging with business units; Tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones; Supporting the adoption of programme implementation documentation; Monitoring the status of projects moving in to implementation; Co-ordination of project/programme Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews.
