One of our highly experienced Client Directors will match you to suitable assignments, brief you for the interview and monitor progress throughout. We aim to provide continuity of assignments for our selected Associates and have their welfare as an on-going priority.

If your CV suggests opportunities for us to work together, you will be asked to meet a Client Director who will evaluate your skills and experience. We can then make an informed decision as to whether or not you match our Associate profile. It's worth remembering that becoming an Associate is not a guarantee of future client assignments.
